I cannot really compare the initial edition to this new version considering I've not been in Mugen for too long, but I must say she seems fully loaded to me.even though the beta release did have quite a number of well done features already. He did both the coding and the sprite editing for her. This is one of the most well-put-together characters in all of Marvel/DC Mugen. She has so many moves and nice effects added that it is hard to even see them all. And what you do see is beautiful, and I'm not just talking about the character appearance, though that certainly does stand out too, heh. There are great portraits and great fight effects all interwoven into the characters fighting.
Also, the sound is top notch as I love the rips from the Teen Titans episodes. Another thing that should be pointed out is the Readme file. You will not find a more indepth readme file for any character in all of Mugen. Starfire is so loaded down with moves that you can probably get a headache trying to learn how to do them all. A ton of specials, a ton of hypers and on top of that she has throw moves and numerous helper moves in addition to the great looking basics.
And every single one of them is very well animated.
Is one of my favorite Teen Titans. She has a lot of powers and an exotic look. She is so kind hearted in the animated and her form is extremely toned down. There are two versions of her for Mugen: one based on how she looks in the comics and one based on how she looks in the Teen Titans Animated series.
Although the series is action-packed, it's geared towards children and has a lot of so her appearance wasn't appropriate. Don't want little boys growing up any faster than they have to, right? You can decide for yourself which version is best. In terms of fighting other comic book based character, especially capcom style, I prefer the comic book version.

Just very recently, I came across this OneDrive of JoJo characters. Dunno who owns it or what to make of it, but characters like Zeppeli and GER Giorno have some ASB Voices, something that I haven't found anywhere else. Maybe you can give these a look? They draft in order the first round, then reverse that order in the next round, then back to regular order for the 3rd round, and in reverse order again for the final round. Do it that way so people can comprise a balanced chance at picking. Because was not sure when the draft would start, Mugen Disciple and CosmicToxin drafted their fighters in secret.

And due to doing that and wanting to save time, just posted about that when the Draft was to start. Feel free to ask any questions. Though the only people drafting are the 8 team contestants. The only people that can draft are listed in the first post. When i did the initial organization way back whenever here.they were the first people to respond. They are: mugen disciple, cosmictoxin, angelussilverhead, mistah jorge, dark rider, siralexbaby, cristianomelo, and tsuyoi. Then we did a tournament where they picked representative fighters.
And how they finished in the tournament determined draft order. That draft order is laid out for 4 rounds in the first post. And the person currently up to pick a fighter is angelus silverhead.
